What we are most often asked about Cashier.
Can we have several tills?
Yes: main till, counters, points of sale, with one till per currency if you collect several currencies.
How to avoid till discrepancies?
Each cashier opens and closes their till: the counted amount is compared with the expected amount and the difference is recorded.
Can a collection made by mistake be cancelled?
Yes, with a mandatory reason: the cancellation stays visible in the cash journal, nothing is erased.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Idromix runs in the browser, on phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, it can also be installed like an app from the browser.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: every new space gets a 14-day free trial, with no commitment.
How does the rollout work?
You fill in the onboarding form online; the Idromix team sets up the software from your answers, carries over your lists (Excel or notebook) and trains your teams.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for most modules. Field Force also works without network: visits entered offline are sent automatically when the connection returns.
In which languages is the software available?
In French, English and Arabic (written right to left). Each user chooses their language.
