Does the software have a till for the shop?
Yes: a quick point of sale to collect at the counter, in cash or by mobile money, with a printed receipt.
Can I sell on credit to my customers?
Yes: each customer has an account, partial payments are tracked and you see who owes you how much.
Does the stock update by itself?
Yes: every sale and every goods receipt updates the stock, store by store.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Idromix runs in the browser, on phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, it can also be installed like an app from the browser.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: every new space gets a 14-day free trial, with no commitment.
How does the rollout work?
You fill in the onboarding form online; the Idromix team sets up the software from your answers, carries over your lists (Excel or notebook) and trains your teams.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for most modules. Field Force also works without network: visits entered offline are sent automatically when the connection returns.
