Can we make quotes?
Yes: quotes from your service catalogue, then invoice and deposit instalments.
Can guests confirm their attendance?
Yes: each guest confirms through a link, and you prepare the seating plan.
Does the software prevent double booking of a venue?
Yes: a venue already booked on a date cannot be booked a second time.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Idromix runs in the browser, on phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, it can also be installed like an app from the browser.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: every new space gets a 14-day free trial, with no commitment.
How does the rollout work?
You fill in the onboarding form online; the Idromix team sets up the software from your answers, carries over your lists (Excel or notebook) and trains your teams.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for most modules. Field Force also works without network: visits entered offline are sent automatically when the connection returns.
In which languages is the software available?
In French, English and Arabic (written right to left). Each user chooses their language.
