Can my agents work without network?
Yes: visits and new targets are entered offline and sent automatically when the network returns.
Can we check that visits really happened?
Yes: each visit is geolocated, and the supervisor approves or rejects it.
Can we set objectives for agents?
Yes: objectives for visits, amounts collected or targets, per day, week or month, with their progress.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Idromix runs in the browser, on phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, it can also be installed like an app from the browser.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: every new space gets a 14-day free trial, with no commitment.
How does the rollout work?
You fill in the onboarding form online; the Idromix team sets up the software from your answers, carries over your lists (Excel or notebook) and trains your teams.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for most modules. Field Force also works without network: visits entered offline are sent automatically when the connection returns.
In which languages is the software available?
In French, English and Arabic (written right to left). Each user chooses their language.
