Does the software do payroll?
Yes: monthly payslips with your pay items (bonuses, deductions such as INPS or AMO), and tracking of salaries paid.
Can we track leave and absences?
Yes: leave requests, approval and attendance tracking.
Does it manage employee contracts?
Yes: contracts with their dates, positions and assignments, and each employee's history.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Idromix runs in the browser, on phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, it can also be installed like an app from the browser.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: every new space gets a 14-day free trial, with no commitment.
How does the rollout work?
You fill in the onboarding form online; the Idromix team sets up the software from your answers, carries over your lists (Excel or notebook) and trains your teams.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for most modules. Field Force also works without network: visits entered offline are sent automatically when the connection returns.
In which languages is the software available?
In French, English and Arabic (written right to left). Each user chooses their language.
