What we are most often asked about Welfare.
Can we run a distribution with tickets?
Yes: QR-code tickets, scanned on handover, so that no beneficiary is served twice.
Does the software manage orphan sponsorship?
Yes: sponsors, amounts, monthly or annual instalments, receipts and arrears tracking.
Must a case be approved before any aid?
Yes if you wish: a committee approves each case, with the number of approvals you choose.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Idromix runs in the browser, on phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, it can also be installed like an app from the browser.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: every new space gets a 14-day free trial, with no commitment.
How does the rollout work?
You fill in the onboarding form online; the Idromix team sets up the software from your answers, carries over your lists (Excel or notebook) and trains your teams.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for most modules. Field Force also works without network: visits entered offline are sent automatically when the connection returns.
In which languages is the software available?
In French, English and Arabic (written right to left). Each user chooses their language.
