With the method you choose: by weight, by volume, flat rate or per item.
Can the recipient pay on arrival?
Yes: cash on delivery is collected on handover, in the till of the arrival branch.

Yes: parcels grouped by container and departure, with their status tracked until arrival.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Idromix runs in the browser, on phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, it can also be installed like an app from the browser.

How does the rollout work?
You fill in the onboarding form online; the Idromix team sets up the software from your answers, carries over your lists (Excel or notebook) and trains your teams.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for most modules. Field Force also works without network: visits entered offline are sent automatically when the connection returns.

In French, English and Arabic (written right to left). Each user chooses their language.
