Can we manage several schools?
Yes: each school has its own space, and management sees all its sites in a shared dashboard.
Are report cards calculated automatically?
Yes: averages, ranks and comments are calculated from the grades, then report cards come out as PDF.
Can parents pay school fees in instalments?
Yes: payment schedules, partial payments and printed receipts, with unpaid tracking per student.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Idromix runs in the browser, on phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, it can also be installed like an app from the browser.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: every new space gets a 14-day free trial, with no commitment.
How does the rollout work?
You fill in the onboarding form online; the Idromix team sets up the software from your answers, carries over your lists (Excel or notebook) and trains your teams.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for most modules. Field Force also works without network: visits entered offline are sent automatically when the connection returns.
In which languages is the software available?
In French, English and Arabic (written right to left). Each user chooses their language.
