1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of Idromix, online management software published by Malinuse SARL (Bamako, Mali), by customer businesses and organisations and by their users. Using Idromix means accepting these terms and our privacy policy.
2. Accounts and access
- Each user receives a personal access (e-mail or code and PIN): they keep it secret and remain responsible for actions taken with it.
- The customer assigns its users' roles and permissions and removes access for those who leave its organisation.
- Malinuse may suspend access used fraudulently or in a way that endangers the service.
3. Subscription and payment
Access to modules depends on the chosen subscription. Prices, duration and payment methods are shown to the customer before subscribing. An unpaid subscription may lead to restricted access, without immediate deletion of data.
4. Acceptable use
Idromix must not be used to:
- store or send illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes others' rights;
- send unsolicited messages (spam) or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- attempt to access another customer's data or disrupt the service.
5. Customer data
The customer remains the owner of the data it records. It guarantees that it collected the data lawfully and informed the people concerned (clients, students, guardians, employees…), in particular about notifications being sent. Malinuse processes this data on its behalf, as described in our privacy policy. At the end of the subscription, the customer may request an export of its data.
6. WhatsApp messages
- The customer connects its own WhatsApp Business number, which remains its property; it complies with the WhatsApp Business (Meta) terms and commerce policy.
- It only sends messages to people who have agreed to receive them, and only from templates approved by Meta.
- Messages are charged according to the rates communicated to the customer (Meta's cost plus Idromix service fees), from its WhatsApp credit; only messages actually delivered are counted.
- Meta may reject a template, or limit or suspend a number: Malinuse is not responsible for this, but helps the customer fix the situation.
7. Availability and support
Malinuse makes its best efforts to keep Idromix available and backed up, but cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service (maintenance, network outages, third-party services). Support can be reached at +223 76 65 35 65 or imidsac@malinuse.com.
8. Liability
Malinuse is not responsible for decisions the customer makes from its own data, nor for indirect damage (loss of revenue, customers…). Its liability, if established, is limited to the amounts paid by the customer for the last 12 months.
9. Termination
The customer may stop its subscription at any time. Malinuse may terminate access in case of a serious breach of these terms, after a warning except in an emergency. Data is then kept and deleted as described in the privacy policy.
10. Intellectual property
Idromix, its code, name and content belong to Malinuse SARL. The customer receives a right of use during its subscription, without the right to copy, resell or modify the software.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Malian law. In case of dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Bamako have jurisdiction.
