Transit & imports
Your containers, from the port of arrival to your warehouse
The Transit & imports module tracks every full container bought abroad: one file per shipment, its containers, the supplier, the port of arrival (Abidjan, Dakar, Lomé, Conakry…) and the destination. It serves the importer tracking its own goods as well as the freight forwarder tracking its clients' containers.
Everything this module brings you
One file per shipment
For your company or for a client: supplier, country of origin, port of discharge, destination and linked purchase orders.
Several containers per file
One B/L often covers several containers: the next one reuses the B/L, shipping line and dates, only the number is left to type.
Checked container number
The last digit of the number (ISO 6346 standard) is checked: a typing mistake is flagged at once.
Shipping line tracking link
Paste the container's Maersk, MSC or CMA CGM link and open it in one click from the file.
Find a container in a second
Search by file, container or B/L number, or by client name, on phone and computer alike.
Rights by role

Frequently asked questions
What we are most often asked about Transit & imports.
What is the difference with the Parcels module?
The Parcels module groups several customers' parcels in a container and bills them by kilo or cubic metre. Transit & imports tracks full containers, owned by a single owner and going through customs. An agency can use both.
I am a freight forwarder: can I track my clients' containers?
Yes: each file says « for our company » or « for a client », with the client's record.
Are steps, customs and billing planned?
They are in preparation: dated steps per port (arrival, stripping, trucks, border, clearance), free time and demurrage, customs declaration, service invoice and re-billing of advanced costs.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Idromix runs in the browser, on phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, it can also be installed like an app from the browser.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: every new space gets a 14-day free trial, with no commitment.
How does the rollout work?
You fill in the onboarding form online; the Idromix team sets up the software from your answers, carries over your lists (Excel or notebook) and trains your teams.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for most modules. Field Force also works without network: visits entered offline are sent automatically when the connection returns.
In which languages is the software available?
In French, English and Arabic (written right to left). Each user chooses their language.
