Can the balance go negative?
No: a withdrawal or payment above the balance is refused, showing the amount available.
How is it different from a customer debt?
A debt is what the customer owes you (unpaid orders). The deposit account is money they advanced you — which is precisely used to settle those debts.
Does it work with schools and parcels?
Sales management already uses it; schools (fees paid by parents) and parcels are in preparation, with the same account.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Idromix runs in the browser, on phone, tablet or computer. On a phone, it can also be installed like an app from the browser.
Can I try it for free?
Yes: every new space gets a 14-day free trial, with no commitment.
How does the rollout work?
You fill in the onboarding form online; the Idromix team sets up the software from your answers, carries over your lists (Excel or notebook) and trains your teams.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes for most modules. Field Force also works without network: visits entered offline are sent automatically when the connection returns.

In French, English and Arabic (written right to left). Each user chooses their language.
